More than just renovation
Steve St. Arnaud is certified with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as an Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) and a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT).
Generally Steve works as the project manager/site super with a crew of 2 carpenters and 1 or 2 helpers. If the projects are smaller he works as lead tradesman with a helper.
Heather St. Arnaud assists with office support and design sense. In combination with Steve's hands on experience, they make a dynamic team to provide personalized service from the consultation stage through to the implementation of the project, with a watchful eye on cost, accounting and time deadlines.
Steve has long term working relationships with all sub-trades and suppliers required to complete your project.
