Sunpath Condo
Completion Winter 2015
New owners purchased a 2-bedroom townhouse in the Sunpath development.
We were hired to do a major refit of the dated condo.
Work started with gutting the kitchen, bathroom, and flooring. No structural work was required.
Work consisted of new kitchen cabinets and vanities, new plumbing fixtures, electrical upgrades including pot lights, replacing baseboard heaters, adding in-floor heating in the bathrooms and entry.
Engineered wood flooring was installed throughout the living area, kitchen and hallways. Tiles were installed on the entry and bathroom floors with carpet in the bedrooms.
New vertical grain fir doors and trim were installed – all pre-stained to coordinate with the engineered flooring.
The project took two months to complete. When it is not being enjoyed by the owners, it is rented and being enjoyed by visitors to Whistler.
